You can not really change point based system and u can not ask for that..they are the policy makers..they are responsible for there own country.
We should only ask
- Clear the backlog for EB people as FB without country quota
- Allow all backlogged people to continue on old system (h1b renewal/3 year extension until date of enactment.
If all backlogged is cleared then for merit based people..
- There is no LC or PERM..u can file adjsutment of status just as canada or Australia. ur PD will be current as backlogged is being cleared.You can continue to enjoy AC-21 after I-485.
- You don't need H1b renewal 1 year or 3 year..

I am enraged.
We Indians deserve to be waiting forever without Greencard.
This is why EB3 Indiots will be waiting forever for their greencard. We Indians come to USA and still behave like the pictures in these links. We throw sh** on the forum and criticize each other. I am in the process of applying for EAD renewal. I have few questions:
On the I-765 form,
Q.11 if applied for EAD before , complete below.
But there is nothing below other than your signature and date. It does not ask you of previous EAD information. What does "complete below" means?

Anyway, the current discussion is not even about the law but about the different interpretations of the same law . The Visa Bulletin extract also provided yet another interpretation by the same authority.
The Law/Directions from the congress regarding spill over distribution has not changed in over 5 years but it's interpretation and implementation by DOS has changed drastically in the same period.
They have gone "Vertical" to "Horizontal" and probably will somersault next .
2006 -2007 saw EB3 getting lion share of the spill over EB2. It is being reversed now, all without change in any laws/directions from congress.
This year's interpretation cannot be assumed as absolute just because it is favorable to a particular segment of applicants and it is incorrect to opine that any change in such interpretation requires change in law.
All this indicates that congress has given enough leeway to DOS to interpret it's directions , as DOS sees fit to run it's business.
and I think herein lies an oppurtunity for EB3 applicants to state their case and explain if DOS continues with it's current interpretation.
EB3 lobby has to impress upon the DOS that it is in DOS's intrest to not to starve any particular queue lest it will damage it's own throughput.
If convinced , DOS might look at alternative algorithm to mitigate starving within the current directions, atleast we can hope for that.

We got our Cards today along with Welcome notice.
Yesterday status got updated for me and my wife as below:
Current Status: Approval notice sent.

When ever IV go and seek advise from Law firm or lobby firm they charge some money. No one is giving free advise in USA. We cannot run random campaign becasue people will not participate if no out come. We need to find out perfect time. Also we , and IV are common people who came from foriegn country and have no idea of whole US immigration system but law / lobby firm do.
If you and other sincere member contribute and participate activelly we may achive something. May be just giving few USD will not help. But there were so many anti coming to site and harming our agenda. since we have donor forum few anti come there. So if you are serious do contribute and get donor status. Participate in state chapter and work with IV and all of us. That will make date current for all.

I just called and spoke with the CR. She told me that she would put me in the queue and to expect the appointment anywhere between 6-8 weeks but nothing happenned on the LUD side online.

6) Emailed press release to 20+ Indian newspaper operating in US to increase awareness

We the employment based immigrant community to do some thing to help his family. May be by contributions, and help his family to get his benefits from the company he worked, any insurance, IRA, 401K etc.....
Hiis spouse may not have the ability do these things from a foreign country. Some body from IV must contact his family now based in Sweden. This is my suggestion.

everybody maximize their own utility.
How about deciding the position in the queue based on the utility bill. If you consume more energy/utilities/sewage, you are creating jobs for the guys at the local water treatment plant, sub-station or power generating station, who then go to local eating joint to create more jobs/business, who buy stuff from farmers, who ........
